Professor at the Breakfast Table

Very rare and hard to find edition of Professor at the Breakfast Table. Whits cloth boards with a lavender Iris pastedown on the front in an oval frame. Ornate blind stamp design over front cover and spine with gold gilt. Some flaking to the gilt. Some soiling to cover and spine. Water spot on the bottom of the back cover that has not affected the interior of the book. Published by Hurst and Co. Undated c1890. Minor bumping to corners and top and bottom of spine. Inscription on inside front endpaper dated Dec 25, 1906. Otherwise pages clean with mild toning. Binding tight. Good condition. Please note that this is a vintage item and will show its age.
