Schumann by Annie W Patterson. Part of the Master Musicians series. Published in 1903 by EP Dutton and JM Dent. First edition. Illustrated profusely and with sheet music throughout. Deep red/wine cloth boards with gold gilt design featuring angels and wreaths of garlands. Gilt in very good condition. Very festive cover design. Page edges on top are gilded. Minor bumping to spine and corners. Binding tight. German ex libris sticker on inside front cover. Inscription on inside front endpaper dated 1914. Some neat notes on pencil on back endpaper.  Otherwise pages clean and bright. Very good condition. Please note that this is a vintage item and will show its age.
