Lily Series Apple Orchard 3 Book Barton Cottage Set

Lily series books are some of my very favorites.  I love to collect these gorgeous editions with their lily of the valley cover and spine designs in silver gilt.  This set features a gorgeous lily edition bound in deep red cloth with a green book in the center and finished off by a book bound in deep wine cloth. The set is wrapped in the sheerest of vintage scalloped chiffon lace so as not to detract from the gorgeous lily edition cover. A bow of hand torn ribbon with a vintage floral pattern with wine coloring is attached.  In the center is a white magnolia paper flower. Tucked behind the bow is a spring of dried greenery. Shiloh.  Published by Ward, Lock and Co.  Part of the very hard to find Lily series. Undated c1880. Award plaque inside dated 1885. Bound in gorgeous red cloth with a lily of the valley design on the front cover and spine in silver gilt.

Moran of the Lady Letty. Published by Doubleday Page, 1898.  First edition. Very rare and collectible edition. Bound in lovely dark green cloth.

Atlantic Narratives. Modern Short Stories. 1918. Bound in deep red cloth.
